Yuko Heberlein is a native Japanese who graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Master of Fine Arts in Music and a Master of Arts in Japanese.   She is the Japanese Language Program Coordinator at the University of St. Thomas, and has also taught Japanese at the University of Minnesota and Northwestern College.  She has visited all the Japanese Universities that have study-abroad program affiliations with St. Thomas

• Nanzan University in Nagoya
• Osaka-Gakuin University in Osaka

  (internships in Japan)
